incidental finding on routine examination. A 43 Year Male

insidious in onset and gradually progressive. [BE] Anterior segment was
Normal. [RE] Fundus shows large mass like lesion in the posterior pole
obscuring disc and fovea. [LE] Fundus was Normal. [RE] B Scan shows
dome shaped high reflective choroidal lesion at disc and macula with
surrounding Retinal Detachment around the lesion. CT scan of the orbit
shows well defined high density lesion in [RE] along posterior surface of
globe at the level of Optic nerve head. This case was provisionally
diagnosed as [RE] Choroidal Melanoma and was advised whole body
