Abstract
32 yr / male presented with complaint of eye pain, foreign body sensation after fall of dust.No history of trauma. The patient belongs to low socioeconomic status & live in a unhygienic environment.
On slit lamp examination , small whitish maggots were found crawling in the fornix & cul-de-sac area. More maggots started crawling on keeping a wisk of cotton dipped in turpentine oil.
DISSCUSSION : This case illustrates early diagnosis of myiasis & proper management
