Abstract
Phacoemulsifiaction with foldable IOl in a case with a pre existing Posterior Capsule Rupture.
Method
This a case of secondary cataract due to lens touch S/P intra vitreal injection planned for phaco and the small modifications and the technique involved in avoiding complication and to place the IOL in the bag with performing a posterior capsulorhexis and a limited vitrectomy using the Pars plana approach.
Results
The patient had a good post-operative vision and well centred iol in the bag .
