White cataract can present as intumescent, Morgagnian, black in white, traumatic ,with zonulopathy &/or with small pupil. Video will discuss preoperative evaluation, capsular staining, fibrosed & calcified anterior capsules, Argentinean flag sign prevention & management, Flap Motility sign & end point of safe phaco, role of FLACS & I-OCT, use of scaffolds to prevent & manage PCR.
